Auto Glass Products – Limited Warranty
Installation Work: Installation of any auto glass product (except rear sliders) is guaranteed against installation defects for as long as you own or lease your vehicle, so long as such installation defects are brought to the attention of Ontario Auto Glass within 30 days of invoice date. In order to exercise your rights under this warranty, we will require evidence of installation by Ontario Auto Glass, a copy of the invoice.
Product Warranty: Auto glass products (except rear sliders) are guaranteed for ninety (90) days from date of invoice.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover leaks, stress cracks, accidents, theft, acts of God, self-inflicted damage or related damage in connection with installations to vehicles having damage or rust on the pinch weld (frame around window). Ontario Auto Glass will use commercially reasonable efforts to advise you of the existence of such damage or rust prior to removal of existing glass; however, it is often not possible to do this. In these cases, Ontario Auto Glass is not responsible for any associated damage. In addition, damage not involving defective workmanship or materials is expressly excluded from coverage under this warranty. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE MANUFACTURER OR VENDOR BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
Windshield Repair
Windshield repair work is guaranteed for as long as you own or lease your vehicle. In some cases, the attempt to repair a windshield can result in the chip or crack becoming larger, and we are not responsible for such damage. If the repair on the originally damaged portion of the windshield cracks again in the same spot, we will credit the amount of the original repair against the windshield replacement cost where Ontario Auto Glass performs the replacement work. If the vehicle is insured by a comprehensive insurance policy, you must pay the deductible portion of your policy. This warranty applies as long as you own or lease the vehicle on which the repair was made and is not transferable.
If you are dissatisfied with the repair, we will credit the cost of repair toward replacement. If your insurance company paid for the repair, the insurance company will receive credit. We guarantee that the repaired portion of the windshield will not crack further and that the repair will pass any vehicle inspection, or we will credit the cost of repair toward replacement
